Air Conditioning, Inc. was founded in 1981, and has become a
well-known and respected provider of heating and air conditioning for
both commercial and residential customers throughout the North Texas
area. Advent has also been a
member of the Better Business
Bureau since 1994 and a member of the National Association of Home
Builders since 1983.
Advent's quality and professionalism has made us one of the most
successful contractors in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex. Our
facility contains over 14,000 sq. feet of office and warehouse space.
As a builder of new construction, you can appreciate Advent Air
Conditioning's large warehouse containing a high level of
inventory.
We take our jobs very seriously at Advent. You can see this in some of
the things that we do to set us apart from the competition.
Best Materials Use
 Since Advent installs the best equipment on the
market, we think it is only right for us to use the best materials as
well. We use all metal supply and return plenums along with all metal
supply boots, wyes and collars. We then externally wrap the plenums
and boots with R-6 duct wrap, that way there is no insulation in the
air stream of the system.
Design Department
 Using
Wrightsoft (ACCA approved software) we are properly completing
computerized load calculations and customized duct designs. After
years of experience and several houses tested, we have proven that our
state-of-the-art designs work properly and efficiently to provide
comfort to the homeowners and peace of mind to our builders.
We employ full time mechanical engineers to ensure that your houses
are designed with the highest level of quality and care using new
building science techniques.
Service Department
 The
Service Department at Advent is unmatched in our industry. With over
100 years combined experience, well stocked trucks and ongoing
training programs Advent Technicians are equipped to handle any
situation right, the first time. Our lead technicians are Trane Master
Tech Certified and have completed the NATE certification testing. Our
state-of-the-art dispatching system assures rapid response and
furthers our goal of "100% Customer Satisfaction". We provide 24-hour
emergency service, 365 days a year. With Advent’s Service Department
you can’t go wrong.
