Advent Air Conditioning, Inc located in Lewisville since 1981, has received a Master Comfort Consultant status for three of its employees. This designation is awarded by The Trane Company to the top Comfort Consultants in the HVAC industry who demonstrate their knowledge of finding comfortable solution for residential homeowners. Finding comfortable solutions for consumers includes performing proper heat load calculation as recommended by the Department of Energy, ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America) as well as all equipment manufacturers. Matt Wikel, Ryan Clifford, and Robert Barnes who received the designation have also demonstrated their ability to ask the proper questions regarding indoor air quality, energy efficiency, safety, and maintenance. These three members of the Advent team have been tested on their knowledge of the product they offer and the ability to prepare and present a professional presentation based on the customers need. The program was introduced by the Trane Company in 2006. Advent currently employs 3 of only 11 Master Comfort Consultants in the nation. This goes along with Advents philosophy of 100% customer satisfaction by doing the job right the first time and being the leader in the HVAC replacement market.
