Comprehensive HVAC System Inspection & Tune-Up

Our technicians perform a detailed inspection to help ensure safe operation, efficiency, and reliability.


Cooling & Heating System Checks Include:



  • Clean, flush, and test condensation (drain) line
  • Test unit in both A/C and Heat modes
  • Check supply and return air temperatures
  • Check thermostat accuracy and replace batteries if needed
  • Check amp draws on all motors and systems
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Inspect all electrical connections and contacts
  • Test all capacitors for proper size and operation
  • Inspect blower wheel for cleanliness and balance
  • Visual inspection of ductwork and leak check
  • Inspect for overgrown vegetation around outdoor condenser
  • Water rinse outdoor condenser coil
  • Inspect evaporator (indoor) coil and drain pan
  • Check float switch for proper operation
  • Inspect grilles
  • Install customer-supplied air filter


MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Important Membership Details

  • Memberships require an initial 6-month commitment
  • Membership is not eligible for cancellation during the first 6 months
  • If cancellation is requested before the 6-month term expires:
  • The remaining balance for the first 6 months may be paid in full, or
  • Monthly charges may continue until the initial term ends
  • After the initial 6-month period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis
